1. Price and billing model
WezoPlayer Pro is currently offered as a one-time software license priced at USD $9.99 before any tax or currency conversion shown at checkout. It is not a monthly or annual subscription. The final amount is shown by Paddle before payment.
2. Merchant of Record
Paddle sells the product to the buyer as Merchant of Record / authorised reseller and handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts/invoices, fraud checks, chargebacks and transaction-level buyer support. WezoPlayer remains the software licensor and product-support provider.
3. Refund requests
For a Paddle-processed purchase, submit refund requests through Paddle buyer support. Paddle's current Refund Policy and Buyer Terms apply together with any additional non-waivable rights under applicable law. WezoPlayer does not promise a broader refund right than Paddle or mandatory law provides.
4. Statutory withdrawal and digital-content rights
Consumers in some jurisdictions have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity or refund rights. For immediately supplied digital content or software, applicable law may permit a withdrawal right to end after supply/download/use begins when the buyer gives the legally required express consent and acknowledgement. Paddle's checkout and buyer terms govern the transaction-level process.
5. Technical problems
If Pro does not activate or a feature appears defective, contact WezoPlayer product support at info@wezoplayer.com or +36201234567. We will try to diagnose the issue. Product support does not replace any consumer remedy to which you are legally entitled.
6. Refunds, reversals and entitlement state
If a transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back or determined to be fraudulent, the associated Pro entitlement may be disabled, subject to applicable law and any applicable dispute process.
7. Taxes, invoices and payment methods
Questions about taxes, invoices, receipts and payment methods for a Paddle transaction should be directed to Paddle buyer support because Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction.
